The Journey That Led Me Here

Hi, I’m Carys

At 23, I was diagnosed with a chronic condition called endometriosis after spending nearly 10 years searching for answers. Like many women living with chronic illness, the journey to diagnosis felt long, exhausting, and at times incredibly isolating. Since then, I’ve undergone two excision surgeries to help manage my symptoms, but my experience also led me to ask a deeper question — how could I begin supporting myself beyond medical treatment alone?

Through that journey, I became increasingly interested in the connection between women’s health, lifestyle, hormones, nutrition, and emotional wellbeing. Learning more about my body gave me a renewed sense of understanding and empowerment. What once felt overwhelming slowly became a journey of self-awareness, support, and connection.

That experience inspired the creation of Kindred Flow — a space designed to help women feel more connected to themselves and less alone in what they may be navigating. While my personal story began with endometriosis, Kindred Flow is for all women seeking support, education, community, and a deeper understanding of their wellbeing.

My hope is to create experiences that encourage rest, learning, openness, and meaningful connection — helping women feel empowered in both mind and body, in a way that feels realistic, supportive, and accessible.

Welcome — I’m so glad you’re here.
