Event Booking Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Kindred Flow Wellness! We're delighted you're considering joining one of our events.
By booking an event organised by Kindred Flow Wellness, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your booking.
1. Event Bookings
All event bookings are subject to availability.
Your booking is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed and confirmation has been issued.
Tickets are valid only for the event and date specified at the time of booking.
Attendees are responsible for providing accurate contact information.
Event details, including timings, location and inclusions, will be displayed on the individual booking page.
2. Payments and Ticket Prices
All ticket prices are displayed in GBP (£).
Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.
Any additional purchases, including food or drinks, are the responsibility of the attendee unless specifically included in the ticket price.
Any applicable booking fees will be disclosed before payment.
3. Cancellations, Refunds and Ticket Transfers
At Kindred Flow Wellness, we carefully plan each event to provide an enjoyable and welcoming experience for everyone attending.
As materials, equipment and other arrangements are purchased and prepared in advance based on bookings, all paid event tickets are non-refundable if you are unable to attend or change your mind.
We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise, particularly for those living with chronic health conditions, and therefore offer the option to transfer your ticket to another person.
Ticket Transfers
Tickets may be transferred to another attendee at no additional charge.
Please notify Kindred Flow Wellness before the event with the replacement attendee's name and contact details.
The replacement attendee must meet any age or participation requirements for the event.
Transfers are subject to any reasonable event-specific restrictions communicated at booking.
Event Cancellations or Changes
If Kindred Flow Wellness cancels an event, attendees will receive a full refund of their ticket price.
If an event is significantly rescheduled, attendees will have the option to accept the new date or request a refund.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method wherever possible.
For leisure events booked for a specific date, the standard 14-day online cancellation right generally does not apply.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights.
Thank you for understanding that our events require advance planning, preparation and investment. Your support helps us continue creating meaningful experiences and opportunities for women to connect.
4. Health, Wellbeing and Accessibility
Kindred Flow Wellness aims to create an inclusive, welcoming and supportive environment.
Attendees are encouraged to participate at their own pace and take breaks whenever necessary.
Please contact us in advance if you have accessibility requirements or need reasonable adjustments.
Attendees should inform an organiser of any immediate safety concerns during an event.
Our wellness and social events do not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
We recognise that everyone has different abilities, needs and experiences, and we will endeavour to accommodate these wherever reasonably possible.
5. Alcohol and Refreshments
Some Kindred Flow Wellness events may take place in licensed venues where alcohol is available.
Alcohol consumption is entirely optional.
Non-alcoholic alternatives may be available depending on the venue.
Alcohol must only be purchased and consumed in accordance with the venue's licensing conditions.
Attendees must be aged 18 or over to purchase or consume alcohol.
We reserve the right to ask attendees to leave if their behaviour becomes unsafe or seriously disruptive, subject to applicable consumer rights.
6. Event Activities and Safety
Some events may involve creative materials, physical activities or equipment.
Attendees must follow reasonable safety instructions provided by organisers and activity facilitators.
Equipment should be used only for its intended purpose.
Please notify an organiser if equipment is damaged or presents a safety concern.
Attendees are encouraged to wear suitable clothing for the activity.
Kindred Flow Wellness will take reasonable care when organising and delivering its events.
Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
7. Photography and Social Media
We love celebrating our community and may wish to capture photographs or videos during our events.
Photographs and videos may be taken for promotional purposes, including our website and social media.
We will seek appropriate permission before using identifiable images of attendees for promotional purposes.
Attendees may decline to be photographed or filmed.
Please respect the privacy of other attendees when taking personal photographs or videos.
8. Respect, Inclusion and Confidentiality
Kindred Flow Wellness is committed to providing a safe, welcoming and respectful environment.
We ask all attendees to:
Treat others with kindness, dignity and respect.
Respect different experiences, backgrounds and personal circumstances.
Avoid discriminatory, intimidating or inappropriate behaviour.
Respect the privacy of individuals who share personal experiences during group discussions.
We ask attendees not to share another person's private or sensitive information outside an event without their permission.
Serious or repeated breaches of these expectations may result in removal from an event.
9. Changes to Events
Occasionally, circumstances beyond our control may require adjustments to an event.
We will make reasonable efforts to notify attendees of significant changes, including changes to the venue, date or planned activities.
Where a material change means we cannot provide the event as agreed, appropriate refund or alternative arrangements will be offered in accordance with consumer law.
10. Personal Information and Data Protection
When booking an event, we may collect personal information, including your name, email address and booking details.
This information will be used to manage your booking, communicate essential event information and fulfil our legal obligations.
Personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation and our Privacy Policy.
We will not automatically subscribe attendees to marketing communications simply because they have purchased a ticket.
